III. Project Planning, Background and Construction Conditions:
The project, to be built on the land for construction, is indispensable to the New Airport District construction and aimed at optimizing the traffic infrastructures of the district and improving its economic development environment.
IV. Construction Scale, Content and Investment Estimation:
An investment of RMB 600 million (with funds for land use not included) will be needed for the construction of ①the municipal road engineering, which will be 13.25 km long and cover an area of 390,200 m2 , including the construction of roads, bridges, water supply and sewage pipelines, riverbank retaining walls, greening engineering and other auxiliaries ; ②the river course improvement and excavation engineering, which will be 2.66 km long and cover an area of 70,560 m2 , including earthexcavation, riverbank retaining walls, greening engineering and other auxiliaries (see the attached table).
V. Preparation and Progress:
At present, the project has been established and entered the construction documents design phase.
