Located in the Wufei Tourist Area，Zhuli Village, Zhuli Township, Taishun County, the sightseeing garden boasts its convenient transportation by adjoining No.52 Provincial Highway. Surrounded by mountains, it enjoys a pastoral landscape, fresh air and clean environment.

IV. Construction Scale, Content and Investment Estimation:

The project will need an investment of RMB 25 million and 500 mu(33.3 hectares) of land for constructing a pick-your-own garden for tourists’ sightseeing. Streams for natural breeding and ruralhomeinns will be included in the farm. The farm, as a tourist and holiday resort, will have a sightseeing and entertainment zone, farming-experiencing zone and health care zone, where tourists can experience the rural life by farming, visiting a tea garden and bamboo forest or camping in a pine forest.  

V. Preparation or Progress:

An agreement on land use rights transfer to the project owners has been signed. The construction of supporting facilities of the land project is under way
