Located in the Wufei Tourist Area，Zhuli Village, Zhuli Township, Taishun County, the sightseeing garden boasts its convenient transportation by adjoining No.52 Provincial Highway. Surrounded by mountains, it enjoys a pastoral landscape, fresh air and clean environment.

IV. Construction Scale, Content and Investment Estimation:

An investment of RMB 48 million and 760 mu(50.7 hectares) of land will be needed for constructing the garden.

V. Preparation or Progress:

Negotiations have been made with the related villagers’ committees for villagers’ transferring their 760 mu (50.7 hectares) of land use rights to the garden owners. It is planned to grow distinctive seasonal fruit and vegetables in the garden.
