　　2.   Name: “Sea Park”Construction of Taohua Island

　　3.   Location: Yueqing City

　　4.   Background and Construction Condition:

　　“Sea Park” of Taohua Island stands in Nanyue Town of Yueqing City. The total area of the island is 2 sq. km, with the area of tidal land of 800 mu and the building area of 600 sq. m. The project of the island has been started, with part of it building the lane and hotel. The open expanding training center has been built and peach trees have been planted. Located in Yueqing Bay, it has rich sea food and shellfishes. With the biggest tide span of 8.34 m (only smaller than that in Hangzhou Bay), Taohua Island is a good place for enjoying the delicious sea food and watching the tide.

　　The feasibility study of the project has been finished.

　　5.   Construction Scale and Target:

　　The holiday spending village will be built on the basis of the former facilities, such as a stage for enjoying the sun and stones, a temple for taking a rest and so on. At the same time, more peach trees will be planted to illustrate the characteristics of the island and to propagandize the cliff coastline of Taohua Island. Besides, cross-island tourist route will be open, including featuring sightseeing, adventure, scientific exploration and enjoying the tide. The construction of the project is assumed to cost 2-3 years with the total investment of 5 million US dollars.

　　The return of the investment will be in 10 years.

　　6.   Cooperation Form and Content:

　　Joint venture or sole proprietorship.

　　7.   Conditions Provided by the Project Sponsor:

　　We will give assistance in going through the relevant formalities concerning the exploration of the scenic spot and the land and provide relevant favorable policies. The blueprint of tourism exploration and the coastal tourism of Yueqing City will also be provided.
