　　Ruixiang New District is an urban ecological center combining business, living, and transportation. It is an important part of Ruian downtown area, joining Anyang New District. Ruixiang New District has good infrastructure and large population. The project is located in the south of Ruifeng Road of Ruixiang New District, standing among Luoyang Road, Wending Road and Wenjie Road. It is originally scheduled to be the exhibition center. Now according to the document No. [2006]118 issued by Ruian government, it is modified to be the hotel. The land will be offered in terms of the land transferred in the form of bidding. The land located in the golden position, it has great potential of investment.

　　The land has been requisitioned as the state-owned.

　　The project is scheduled to cover the total ground area of 42.851 sq. m., with the total building area of 38.856 sq. m, the area ratio of 0.91, the afforested land of 43.51% and the ground area of the basement of 17.495 sq. m.

　　Total investment is 290 million yuan.
