NAME OF THE PROJECT: Continued Construction (2nd Phase) of Demonstrative Industrial Area in Lingxi Town

　　LOCATION OF THE PROJECT: Cangnan County

　　AREA OF THE PROJECT: Cangnan Industrial Area, Zhejiang

　　BACKGROUND OF THE PROJECT:

　　Located in the northeast of Cangnan county town, the Industrial Area of Lingxi in Cangnan County meets Hushan Exit of Tongsan Speedway in the north. Less than 1kilometer away from WF(between Wenzhou and Fuzhou) railway which is being built and 70kilometers away from Wenzhou harbor and airport, this area is the topmost demonstrative industrial area in Cangnan with its layout area 5.15square kilometers. Since the early plan in 1998, the first period of construction has been completed and put into use. For the second phase, the land needed is 133.3hectares, which has now basically finished with part of the land is still in the selection of merchants and introduction of capital.

　　PROGRESS OF THE PORJECT: Most of the second phase has been carried out and an area of 4.9hectares has been transferred from farming use.

　　CONSTRUCTION SCALE AND THE CONTENT: The planned land for use is 133.3hectares in area space.

　　COOPERATION METHOD: Joint-venture、sole investment or cooperation

　　CONDITIONS AVAILABLE BY THE CHINESE SIDE:

　　1. to make the infrastructure for the project ready( road、water supply、electricity and level land);

　　2. to carry out six pieces of promise, that is, Whole Process Service、First Concerning System、Service Responsibility System、Green Channel System、System of Charge Register and Public Security System.

　　3. Preferential policies are available according to the project scale and taxpaying records of the enterprises.
